Bridal Contract
Agreement Terms and Condition

-Securing Appointment Date-

To secure your appointment with Ruby, the signed contract and deposit have to be received in person
All bookings for weddings are not guaranteed without a signed contract and deposit.

-Deposit-

Deposit must be paid in full on the day of bridal consultation. All reservations for parties up to 3 people must be reserved and guaranteed with a $150 deposit. Parties of 5 must be reserved and guaranteed with a $250 deposit. Parties of 8 or more must be reserved with a $400 dollar deposit. Your day shall be reserved upon the payment of your deposit. Any additional services will be charged at the end of the day. DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE

-Payment-

The remaining balance is due on the day of the service prior to service beginning. Prices do not include gratuity.
Contract/ Appoitment Changes
Any changes or additions to wedding party services after the contract is signed must be submitted to by email to: rubytalavera@ymail.com or by phone conformation, no later than 3 weeks prior to the service date. Any changes for guests requiring additional services or deleting service must be paid in full on the day of the service.

-Cancellations-

Services cancelled 30 days or more prior to the service will not hold any penalties and cancellation will be accepted no questions asked. Cancellations made less that 2 weeks notice will be charged half the cost of the entire service as a final bill.

-Late Arrivals-

If the wedding party is more than 30 minutes late the party will be charged an additional $20 late fee for each guest serviced. Scheduling and service conflicts for you and other clients following your appointment(s) will occur upon tardiness. if the scope of the original contract cannot be fulfilled due to a client’s tardiness,services may be reduced, however, clients are liable for the original contracted amount.

 

** If a wedding party is more than 1 hour late without making contact , the assumption is that the client is a no-show. This results in the client paying the full contracted amount.

*Reminders

– To secure your spot with Ruby, a cash non-refundable deposit MUST be made the day of contract signing/bridal consultation. This will secure the date, time, and makeup(s) for the bridal party.
– Cancellations of services 30 day before date will be accepted no questions asked. Cancellations of services made 2 weeks or less before service date WILL be charged HALF of contracted/ cancelled services.
– Any and all change(s) of services must be confirmed at least 3 weeks in advance.
